TRUSTEE HISTORY
The Loyola Foundation was incorporated October 22, 1957. The Articles of Incorporation set the number of Trustees in the first year of operation at 7, and gave the Board of Trustees the power to reset the number from time to time.

The Original members of the Board were A.G. McCarthy Jr; A.G. McCarthy III; Kathleen D. (Denise M.) Hattler; Paul R. Dean; Rev. William J. Mulcahy SJ; Rev. James Keller MM and Russell L. Hauser, meeting for the first time on October 16, 1958.
